International Shipping
Currently we are not offering International shipping of our products.
How do I check the status of my order?
To know the status of your order feel free to drop us a message on email or on our Instagram page.
To know the shipping status , once your product is ready for shipping and dispatch, we will update the tracking number provided by the respective postal service used to ship your product. You can use the tracking number to get the status of your product on the respective shipping service website.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Our refund and returns policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have passed since your order delivery date, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hey@theiststore.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
